Systems Analyst (ref. SND 09)
Position Description:

Summary:

The Systems Analyst is responsible for requirement gathering and analysis of new or current software systems.

Direct Tasks and Duties:

• Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.
• Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.
• Research and recommend hardware and software development, purchase and use.
• Work as a team member with other technical staff to ensure business needs are matched in technical implementations
• Write and maintain system analysis documentation.
• Conduct technical research on systems to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility
• Be an active participant in the team & culture of SAND.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Sc. Computer Science or Information Systems
• Strong technology & software background.
• Excellent command of the English Language.
• Good use of MS Outlook, Word, Power Point & Excel.
• Good presentation skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Presentable and well organized
